Just wanted to take a second to discuss some deadlifts. These things sometimes get a bad reputation as many people experience back pain from them, and we really shouldn’t.
If you have the proper mobility to be able to pull from the floor (which not everyone should be doing) and you are still having back pain then it’s likely because there is something off.
But not to fear! I have for you, a list of common deadlift mistakes! Some of these may lead to lower back pain and others will just not yield the best results! Enjoy!
