RPM // YOGA

Complement your CrossFit training with RPM and Yoga! Prepare for a unique, full-sensory experience in RPM, or ignite your spirit as you stretch and strengthen your body in Yoga. Open to all Riv members, both classes promise endorphin-boosting results!

SPECIALTY COURSES

Take your training to the next level with the Riv’s Specialty Courses - Gymnastics, Endurance, and Strongman. Geared towards developing and fine-tuning specific skills, these courses are open to the public, and all fitness levels are welcome.

FUNDAMENTALS

Starting something new can be scary! At Hudson River Athletics, your fitness journey is our first priority and we take every aspect of it seriously. We want to make sure that you are set up to succeed, and we will do everything we can to help you. 

Your first step at the Riv is Fundamentals, our on-ramp program for beginners looking to get started in CrossFit. In Fundamentals, you will be introduced to the basic CrossFit movements and learn how to perform them safely in a highly personalized, one-on-one setting. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of our comprehensive training philosophy and be fully prepared to take on the regular CrossFit group classes when you graduate.

Nutrition

You have probably heard the saying, “You can’t out-train a bad diet.” Well, it’s true. Proper nutrition is the foundation of your health and fitness and is the key to having the fuel needed to power your workouts, recover quickly, and look and feel your best. Let the Riv’s head Nutrition Coach, Dr. Lindsay Cain, help you take your goals to the next level and create good habits that will last a lifetime.
