Hey guys I’m pumped to see so many of you can perform muscle ups now it’s awesome! But still see one thing too often and that’s the chicken wing! We need to kick that habit!
Could be a couple different things, the most common - just trying to do a pull up and muscle yourself over the bar if that’s the case keep working on cleaning up the technique.
But there sometimes is something slightly less noticeable and it’s simple. Just loosening the hands a little bit and allowing them to rotate over the bar. Many times people will allow one hand to rotate but grip super tight with the other causing the chicken wing.
